The IT Director is a pivotal member of the senior management team at Trinetix Inc., responsible for overseeing the IT infrastructure across the organization, including the management of Administrators, HelpDesk, and the forthcoming Cybersecurity team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Strategic IT Leadership :
• Develop and implement IT strategies that support organizational growth and technology innovation.
• Lead the planning and establishment of a Cybersecurity division to enhance data protection and risk management.
• Team Management and Development :
• Oversee the IT Administrators, HelpDesk, and Cybersecurity teams, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
• Mentor and support team leads and specialists to achieve excellence in their respective areas.
• Operational Excellence :
• Manage the IT infrastructure to ensure seamless daily operations and the provision of high-quality IT services.
• Collaborate with other departments (Finance, Legal, Talent, and Compliance) to integrate IT solutions that enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
• Vendor and Stakeholder Relations :
• Negotiate with technology vendors and service providers to secure cost-effective solutions.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including strategic partners and clients, especially during infrastructure upgrades or troubleshooting.
• Risk Management and Compliance :
• Identify technological risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with international IT standards and legal regulations across all regions of operation.
• Participate in financial planning and budget management for IT expenditures.
• Monitor and control the IT budget to align with strategic goals and financial constraints.

Requirements :

• Educational Background : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Professional Experience : Proven experience as an IT Director or similar senior managerial role, preferably in a multinational tech or IT services environment.
• Skill Set :
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English, with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with robust problem-solving capabilities.
• Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data management practices.
• Experience in strategic planning, vendor management, and cross-functional collaboration.
