IT Digital Workspace & Software Distribution Team Leader

Verisure, operating under two brand names (Securitas Direct & Verisure), is seeking a talented, innovative, passionate, and detail-oriented Digital Workspace & Software Distribution Team Leader to manage the team and oversee the administration, support, and maintenance of Intune and Microsoft 365 environment. In this role, you will interact with various departments across the organization, ensuring reliability and efficiency of the software deployment and of Microsoft 365 services.

Main responsibilities

1. Intune

   • Manage and administer Microsoft Intune solutions for device and application management.

   • Maintain and optimize the Intune environment, leveraging AutoPilot for deployments and enhancing device compliance metrics.

   • Configure and deploy Intune policies and remediations, including security, compliance, and application management policies.

   • Monitor and manage the computer fleet (Coverage, Encryption, Antivirus, EDR, Model Support, OS Update, Java, Computers with Autopilot,…).

   • Monitor and manage the mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM) features of Intune.

   • Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for Intune, resolving technical issues related to MDM, device enrollment, and security policies.

   • Monitor Intune performance and generate reports on device compliance, usage, security incidents, and operational efficiency.

   • Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures related to Intune administration.

2. Architecture End User IT Systems

   • Responsible for defining the IT Workplace Systems.

   • Responsible for researching and evaluating new IT products.

   • Ensure asset management is performed correctly at an international level using various reporting tools available.

3. Microsoft 365 & Entra ID

   • Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Office applications, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.

   • Microsoft 365 licensing, ensuring efficient allocation and utilization.

   • Entra ID, focusing on Group Policies, permissions, and account provisioning.

   • Support Azure O365 environments, including distribution, access, and security groups.

4. Automation and Process Improvement:

   • Automation scripts using tools such as Azure Functions, PowerShell, Power Automate, and Python to improve software distribution, access management, or onsite tasks.

   • Process optimization and drive innovation in workflows and administration procedures.

5. Team Management

   • Lead and supervise the team to ensure that objectives and goals are met.

   • Develop work plans, assign tasks, and manage resources to optimize team efficiency.

   • Foster the professional and personal growth of team members through continuous training and development.

   • Conduct periodic performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

Candidate profile

Experiences and qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.

• Familiarity with the ITIL framework and best practices for IT service management.

• Proficiency in scripting tools such as Power Automate, Power Apps, PowerShell, and VBScript.

• Experience with Windows Active Directory and Entra ID.

• Expertise in Intune configuration, deployments, and device compliance management.
