Puig in Barcelona is seeking a Digital Workplace Consultant to drive cloud-based collaboration initiatives and transform how employees work. You will implement Digital Workplace solutions, primarily using Office 365, SharePoint, and related tools, in a fast-paced, international environment.

Fluent English and Spanish are required, with French appreciated. You will engage across departments, translate business needs, and support adoption of new ways of working through training and change

• Experience in Consulting or Project Management in technology transformational projects.
• University; Technical or Engineer Degree.
• Languages: English and Spanish required; French appreciated.

• Design, deploy and validate Digital Workplace solutions using Office 365 tools (SharePoint/OneDrive).
• Collaborate in change management to promote new ways of working and adoption.
• Support migration of collaboration processes to cloud-based solutions and provide user training.

What you'll get to do

1. Support the design, deployment and validation of Digital Workplace solutions

Support the design, deployment and validation of Digital Workplace solutions prior to implementation.
Collaborate in change management activities to facilitate adoption and promote new ways of working across the organization.
Contribute to the implementation of cloud-based collaboration solutions managed by the Digital Workplace & Infrastructures team.
Work primarily with Office 365 tools, with a particular focus on SharePoint, OneDrive and related collaboration technologies.

2. Contribute to Digital Workplace transformation through business needs translation and user enablement

Participate in the Digital Workplace transformation by understanding departmental collaboration needs and current ways of working.
Support the migration of existing collaboration processes into cloud-based solutions through SharePoint customization.
Validate deployed solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and are fit for purpose.
Provide user support and training when needed to ensure proper adoption and effective use of the solutions.
