At Eni, we are looking for an IT Digital Technical Lead within Plenitude Iberia in Santander, Spain. You will be responsible for designing and evolving application solutions, with a focus on sales channels and customer value management, ensuring their adequacy to business requirements, viability, quality, and performance, within the framework of business architecture guidelines and transversal solutions, and in collaboration with the analysis and development teams, to then lead their correct implementation during the implementation phase.

As a member of THE ICT Team at Plenitude Iberia, you will be responsible for:

1. Leading the development team by facilitating the organization, planning, and proper functioning of the technical team, as well as decision-making.
2. Defining solutions that integrate with the company's application roadmap, guaranteeing response times and performance in line with business initiatives.
3. Supporting the definition of functional designs and technical requirements using the tools and methodologies defined by the company.
4. Ensuring the technical quality of solutions, procedures, and development models.
5. Ensuring that solutions, procedures, and models are up to date and comply with software quality standards.
6. Conducting evaluations and discussions on time and cost estimates with the supplier of the IT activities.
7. Developing or validating the technical documentation of the initiative.

This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements:

1. Previous experience as a software engineer.
2. Knowledge of programming and development tools and development process support.
3. Knowledge of technical architecture of solutions in the areas of frontend, web services integration architecture models, and/or high performance.
4. Proven experience in complex platforms.
5. Knowledge of marketing automation solutions and campaign management with Customer Value Management objectives.
6. Design of solutions for the management of commercial campaigns, commercial renewals, etc.
7. Design of lead/capture/e-commerce management solutions and more in general project management for Marketing and Sales business areas.
8. Business sense and high orientation to business results.
9. Web/app product architectures and sales solutions.
