What will you do?

At INNOCV Solutions, we are growing and developing new products. You will join one of our teams with the mission to ensure that products are delivered with quality, on time, and within budget, contributing to our goal of providing clients with innovative solutions that add value, endure, and meet user and customer needs.

This position involves translating client expectations and business requirements, as outlined by the commercial team, into actionable plans for the technical team. You will ensure the project aligns with the client's needs and the company's strategic objectives, providing a seamless transition from sales to execution.

• Product Management: Deliver quality products with expected profitability. Responsible for the Product Backlog created with our clients, evaluating impact, size, value, and dependencies. Be accountable for scope management to successfully complete challenges, exceeding expectations. Identify risks and control costs to prevent jeopardizing the team’s work. Develop delivery plans with clients and developers to manage dependencies and deliveries.
• Client Relations: Understand client needs and manage expectations based on quality and efficiency. Build trust and lasting relationships, seek business opportunities to add value, and communicate this attitude to the team. Ensure client satisfaction and operational relationship management. Implement value metrics and convey their importance to clients.
• Team Leadership: Foster a meaningful sense of contribution, goal orientation, and shared objectives with high standards. Implement people management practices such as onboarding and team building.
• Management and Metrics: Collaborate with the Scrum team to deliver value using Scrum methodologies. Track work progress, prepare status reports, and ensure hours and metrics are properly recorded.

What do we value?

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or similar.
• Experience managing software development projects/products in a consulting context (external clients).
• Experience using Scrum / Kanban or Agile methodologies for product management.
• Advanced level of English.

Additionally, although not mandatory, we would also like:

• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
• PO / Scrum Master certifications such as PSM, PSPO, OSMC, OPOC, CSM, or CPO.
• Residence in Madrid.
• Advanced level of Italian.
