H2SITE in Loiu is seeking an inquisitive Cibersecurity & Digital Management Intern to support IT security operations, ensure GDPR/NIS2 compliance, and manage AI governance. You will help with document handling, AI tool policies, and security monitoring across SharePoint and corporate environments.

The role emphasizes collaboration, training material creation, and a proactive approach to privacy and data protection in a dynamic tech setting.

Formación

• Degree or FP in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Telecommunications, or related field.
• Knowledge of GDPR and NIS2, ISO 27001 is a plus.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 environments (SharePoint, Teams) is desirable.

Responsabilidades

H2SITE is a technological company that uses advanced membrane reactor technology to solve the hydrogen transport problem by converting hydrogen carriers with well-known supply chains and separating hydrogen gas blends into fuel cell purity hydrogen.

Mission:

As a Cibersecurity & Digital Management Intern, you will support the monitoring, regulatory compliance, and operational management of the company’s IT security. You will be responsible for ensuring the correct functioning of protection systems, secure document management, the regulatory deployment of Artificial Intelligence, and auditing the usage policies of corporate tools.

Features

Functions:

• Regulatory Compliance & Security Support. Collaborate in monitoring and complying with current legal regulations (GDPR and the NIS2 Directive), based on Derten’s guidelines. Follow up on internal validations (e.g., pending confirmations with Management / Cristina Eguiraun) regarding the current compliance status.

• Access Management, Antivirus, and Monitoring. Coordinate with Derten for corporate email onboarding and antivirus installation on new devices and ensure the proper functioning and regular updates of the company’s antivirus software.

• Analytics & Reporting: Prepare periodic reports on cyberattacks received (origin, attack vectors, targets, etc.).

• Document Management, SharePoint, and Web Environments. Define and supervise the storage model and access permissions according to each department.

• Artificial Intelligence (AI) Governance and Management. Understand current AI usage among employees to determine the right tool (Gemini, Copilot, etc.) and service plan (Standard vs. Premium).

• Create informative and training manuals for the safe use of AI tools. Oversee data privacy, search history, and AI learning models within corporate environments.

• Communication Policy & Device Auditing. Collaborate with Human Resources to clarify the exclusive use of corporate accounts for professional purposes in internal policies.

Professional Experience

Professional training:

Degree or FP in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Telecommunications, or a related field.

Desirable education:

• Educational courses related to the working field.

Professional Experience:

• Knowledge of security regulations (NIS2, GDPR, ISO 27001).
• Basic administration of Microsoft 365 environments (SharePoint, Teams).
• Understanding of generative AI tools and their privacy policies.

Desirable experience:

• Experience in the Oil & Gas sector will be highly valued.
