H2SITE in Loiu, Basque Country, is seeking a Cybersecurity & Digital Management Intern to drive a secure AI culture and help implement security standards across the organization.

You will support regulatory compliance (NIS2, GDPR, ISO 27001), conduct internal audits, provide IT support, coordinate external consultancies, and contribute to risk evaluation and training programs.

Formación

• Degree or FP in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Telecommunications, or related field.
• Knowledge of security regulations (NIS2, GDPR, ISO 27001).
• Basic administration of Microsoft 365 environments (SharePoint, Teams).
• Understanding of generative AI tools and their privacy policies.
• Experience in the Oil & Gas sector is valued.

Responsabilidades

Mission:

As a Cybersecurity & Digital Management Intern, you will have the opportunity to lead and guide the implementation of a secure AI culture within the organization. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with mandatory security standards (ISO, NIS2), conducting internal audits, providing technical IT support, and coordinating external specialized consultancies, playing a key role in H2SITE’s risk evaluation and security training.

Functions:

• AI Governance & Secure Culture: Lead, guide, and promote the implementation and monitoring of a secure culture regarding the use of Artificial Intelligence across the company.
• Regulatory Compliance: Support and ensure alignment with mandatory cybersecurity standards, specifically focusing on ISO standards and NIS2 compliance.
• Internal Security Audits: Conduct internal security audits across corporate assets, including shared folders, software applications, antivirus status, corporate emails, mobile devices, and AI usage history.
• Technical IT Support: Provide hands‑on technical support to ensure the correct functioning of corporate computers and day‑to‑day IT infrastructure.
• Consultancy Coordination & Admin Management: Act as the main point of contact with specialized external IT consultancies for updates, while managing administrative tasks such as budgeting and invoice tracking.
• Risk Evaluation & Action Plans: Assist in the ongoing evaluation of security risks and help develop strategic action plans tailored for H2SITE.
• Company‑Wide Training: Design and deliver training sessions for the internal team on Cybersecurity best practices and safe AI utilization.

What you´ll need to Succeed:

Professional training:

Degree or FP in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Telecommunications, or a related field.

• Educational courses related to the working field.

Professional Experience:

• Knowledge of security regulations (NIS2, GDPR, ISO 27001).
• Basic administration of Microsoft 365 environments (SharePoint, Teams).
• Understanding of generative AI tools and their privacy policies.
• Experience in the Oil & Gas sector will be highly valued.
