Ferrovial Corporate invites you to join the Information Systems & Innovation Division, within the Digital Transformation and CIIO Office. You will support IT & Innovation budget governance, consolidate forecasts, and prepare monthly closings.

The role emphasizes KPI monitoring, cost allocations, and developing Power BI dashboards to support decisions across business units. A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, or related field is expected, with strong English and MS 365 skills.

Formación

• English proficiency at C1 level or above, with strong written and reading skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and other Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint, Teams, Planner, etc.).
• Knowledge of and/or experience with project management tools (Jira or similar).
• Knowledge of and/or experience with data visualization tools (Power BI or similar).
• Knowledge of or experience in business process optimization (Power Platform, etc.) will be considered a plus.
• Knowledge of or experience in the use of Artificial Intelligence tools (Claude, Cowork, Copilot).

Responsabilidades

• Consolidate, monitor, update, and share IT & Innovation budget information with stakeholders within the Information Systems & Innovation Division, including budget forecasts.
• Review and monitor monthly closings, anticipating deviations and risks, proposing corrective actions.
• Monitor KPIs related to the new cost allocation model and budget evolution from initiative creation through invoicing.
• Prepare reports for internal and external use, and executive presentations.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for travel control, monthly closings, budgets, and IT users.
