Minor Hotels is a global hospitality group operating over 550 hotels, resorts, and residences in 56 countries across Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, Africa, the Indian Ocean, Europe, and the Americas. JOB SUMMARY

Coperama is a leading procurement platform dedicated to developing its digital business and providing exceptional online shopping experiences. We are seeking a highly skilled IT professional to oversee and enhance our eCommerce platform, ensuring seamless operations and continuous improvement.

EXPERIENCE

Proven experience with eCommerce tools such as SAP Commerce Cloud and Mirakl.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
  1. Platform Management: Oversee the technical operations of the Coperama eCommerce marketplace, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability.
  2. Integration and Customization: Implement and manage integrations with SAP Commerce, Mirakl, and/or Spryker, customizing solutions to meet business needs.
  3. Development and Maintenance: Lead the development and maintenance of the eCommerce storefront using tools such as Vue, Alokai, or similar technologies.
  4. Recommendation Engines: Implement and optimize recommendation engine tools like Algolia, Bloomreach, or similar to enhance user experience and drive sales.
  5. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and customer service to align IT initiatives with business goals.
  6. Troubleshooting and Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for eCommerce platform issues, ensuring minimal downtime and quick resolution.
  7. Innovation: Stay updated with the latest eCommerce technologies and trends, proposing and implementing innovative solutions to improve the platform.
