• Maintain an accurate inventory of software assets and contracts.
• Collaborate closely with IT, Legal, Procurement, and project teams.
• Generate reports on contract status, compliance, and license utilization.

This freelance position focuses on the end-to-end management of IT contracts and software licenses, ensuring compliance, cost optimization, and smooth collaboration with internal stakeholders.

What You Can Expect

• YOU manage the renewal of all licenses and subscription contracts due before year-end
• YOU ensure compliance and drive optimization through effective license management (SAM)
• YOU lead initiatives to improve Software Asset Management processes and governance
• YOU manage contracts for IT services, both operational (Run) and project-based
• YOU support cost control through budget planning and cost-saving initiatives
• YOU maintain an accurate inventory of software assets and contracts
• YOU collaborate closely with IT, Legal, Procurement, and project teams
• YOU generate regular reports on contract status, compliance, and license utilization
