Job Description:

CONCAPE is a specialized personnel service provider supporting an international Swiss industrial company at its headquarters in Saint Gallen. The company has grown into a renowned organization through product innovation and dedicated employees (M/F).

Position: IT Business Consultant Dynamics 365 FO (M/F/d)

Location: Switzerland (CH) + Home Office (1 Day at Saint Gallen). Home Office: up to 4 days per week. Prerequisite for 4 days home office is residence in Switzerland due to social security reasons.

Responsibilities:

1. Handle projects throughout their lifecycle, from initial brainstorming to implementation and training.
2. Manage project deliverables related to Manufacturing processes and logistics, including D365 (Discrete Manufacturing, Capacity Planning, Production Setup).
3. Serve as the main responsible person and project manager for these areas.
4. Identify business needs, develop tailored concepts, design solutions, configure systems, create requirements for the development team, and handle documentation and training.

Requirements:

1. Solid hands-on experience with Microsoft D365 and international ERP implementation projects.
2. Ability to work independently and as a self-starter, managing multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
3. Willingness to step out of comfort zone to ensure project success.
4. Strong management skills in planning and coordinating projects.
