Responsibilities :

  • Manage the full business and recruitment process.
  • Define and execute a commercial strategy to manage a client portfolio.
  • Develop your commercial activity by prospecting and opening new accounts.
  • Understand client needs and challenges to serve as a referral throughout the process.
  • Identify and implement the best hiring strategies, including sourcing, events, communities, etc., and be bold in your approach.
  • Qualify candidates through interviews, acting as a coach in their job search.
  • Organize meetings with candidates and clients.
  • Optimize talent attraction and employer branding strategies.
  • Build trustful and strong relationships with your business partners to advise, influence, and succeed in recruitment.
  • Support candidates' career development by building social and trust relationships.
  • Manage your business unit and strategize to duplicate and grow your business.
  • Share results and ideas with the team to optimize processes and organization.

Ideal Candidate :

An open-minded and sociable individual eager to participate in challenging projects, rigorous, and persistent.

Experience as a business developer in a recruitment agency or startup is a plus but not mandatory.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Fluent in English and Spanish.

Interest in technology and innovation, proactive in learning new skills.

Methodical, organized, able to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Persuasive and resolutive, capable of understanding others' motivations.
