Minimum Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst in a finance context.
• 5+ years of experience in multi-geography, multi-market implementations, including deployment components.
• Solid knowledge of Financial Accounting in an SAP context: General Ledger, Asset Accounting, integration with controlling, and management accounting.
• Experience in greenfield implementations and designing solutions and applications.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4 Hana is beneficial but not essential.
• Highly developed skills: focused, proactive, and cooperative.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with IT and business teams.

Responsibilities:

• Attend meetings with IT teams and corporate or market teams.
• Interact with tax and treasury IT and business teams.
• Investigate and propose options and solutions to address business requirements.
• Assess implications, changes, or impacts to the company template.
• Document technical and functional requirements and solutions.
• Review Business Blueprint Documents.
• Perform, support, and document testing activities.
• Assess change impacts from a system, business process, and organizational point of view.
• Regularly update the FinOps product manager, the FinOps cFin functional delivery lead, and the FinOps cFin team about progress and issues.
• Support cutover, go-live, and hyper care activities.
