Business Analyst

• Activities: defines business requirements, conducts gap analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement, creates functional specifications, data analysis and data modelling.

Specific expertise requirements: diagramming, modelling and wireframing tools (e.g. Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, UML, BPMN, Axure, Balsamiq, Pencil, Oracle NetSuite), specific business domains.

Minimum Post-secondary Education and Experience in ICT

At least 3 years of studies attested by a diploma, and a minimum of 9 years post-secondary professional experience.

Minimum Professional Experience in Profile

6 years.
