Within the Information Technology OneVision Department and reporting to the IT Manager, your mission as a Technical Business Analyst is to recommend and facilitate the design, testing, development, implementation, and maintenance of the MSC software applications, to meet the company’s strategic objectives and business requirements.

You will be part of a young and dynamic multicultural team across multiple global MSC development sites. You will have the great opportunity of extending your area of expertise while interacting with other teams on cross-domain business requirements.

Some of your key responsibilities

1. You will work closely with business stakeholders; collect and translate business requirements into specifications.
2. You will provide leadership in defining and designing solutions to ensure full commitment to delivering business requirements.
3. You will monitor and report on deliverables.
4. You will proactively identify risks and opportunities.
5. You will report project status to the IT team leader.
6. You will prepare presentations and conduct meetings.
7. You will contribute to the development of training materials.
8. You will take leadership and/or participate in testing MSC IT applications to ensure business requirements are met and the software is error-free.

Who are you?

At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the IT software industry (use cases, business rules definition, workshop management...). Please note that this is an associate, middle-senior role.

Experience working with core financial concepts (revenue, cost, profitability) and accounting principles (General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable) is essential.

Experience in Shipping or Logistics is a strong plus.

Knowledge of testing methodologies and tools.

MS Office proficiency.

Fluency in English, minimum C1.
