Job Title: Systems Analyst / Business Systems Specialist

Objective

  1. Drive awareness of requirements across business units and identify substandard systems processes through evaluation of real-time data.
  2. Serve as a thought leader for technical business processes, developing systems prototypes that promote increased efficiency and productivity on multiple levels.
  3. Create and implement precise management plans for each project, ensuring transparent communication at all levels.
  4. Perform, evaluate, and communicate thorough quality assurance at every stage of systems development.
  5. Determine and develop user requirements for systems in production to ensure maximum usability.

Primary Responsibilities

  1. Partner with stakeholders across business units to develop analyses and documentation collaboratively, communicating effectively and efficiently.
  2. Evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements continuously, maintaining systems processes.
  3. Author and update internal and external documentation, formally initiating and delivering requirements and documentation.
  4. Conduct daily meetings to maximize effectiveness and troubleshoot problems.
  5. Develop meaningful and lasting relationships with partners for optimized systems integration and respond to questions and concerns from managers with supporting research and recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the relevant field or project management working with multiple stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or Engineering.
  • Business-level English proficiency is mandatory.
  • Strong communication skills and an analytical mindset.
  • French B2-C1 level (nice to have).
  • IT knowledge (nice to have).
