Join our Requirements Engineering "Bootcamp", a dedicated onboarding and training program for experienced Requirements Engineers / IT Business Analysts with a background in websites and digital marketing. During the program, you will build on your existing knowledge, deepen your understanding of relevant web technologies and technical concepts, and familiarize yourself with our project methodologies and the Adobe Experience Cloud (AEC) products we use in client projects.

By the end of the Requirements Engineering "Bootcamp", you'll be ready to take on project assignments and, after initial onboarding support, lead the Requirements Engineering process within one of our teams.

Your Tasks:

1. You will be the link between our customers and our development teams, translating business requests into technical requirements and concepts.
2. You will write business requirements, test software, execute operational tasks, and support project management while enhancing your technical and consulting skills.
3. You will be responsible for designing and conceptualizing web-based solutions in digital marketing, ensuring they meet business needs, and launching the technology effectively.
4. You will brainstorm with clients at the start of projects and act as an assistant project manager as projects progress.
5. You will support analysis and implementation of requirements throughout the software development cycle.
6. You will document and present solutions to internal and external stakeholders.

What is required?

1. Strong verbal and written English skills (C1 or higher)
2. Hands-on experience with web-based content management systems (CMS)
3. Solid understanding of web development and application integrations
4. Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
5. Initial experience with AI tools for drafting, analysis, and specifications
6. Experience creating wireframes or mock-ups for IT applications
7. Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or web programming languages
8. Experience analyzing IT processes and creating structured requirements
9. Knowledge of software modeling methods (UML, flowcharts, use cases) and development methodologies
10. Willingness to travel (depending on project)
11. Eligibility to work within the EU and/or Switzerland

Preferred Profile:

• Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud products such as AEM, Adobe Analytics, or Adobe Campaign
• Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• Motivation to work in an international, distributed team
• Experience with tools like JIRA and Confluence
• Proactive mindset with the ability to share and implement ideas
• Enthusiasm for continuous improvement and openness to feedback
