We are looking for a proactive and labor law-savvy HR Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of employment regulations, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to help shape our company culture.

YOUR CONTRIBUTION

  • Establishing and implementing the HR role and its position within the company.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, working time and collective agreements.
  • Oversee all HR processes, including recruitment and onboarding.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and build a positive workplace culture.
  • Support HR-related legal matters, provide guidance on employment contracts and workplace policies.
  • Facilitating and assisting managers in conducting annual appraisal interviews with employees.
  • Reporting on the status of HR activities to the Management of the company and HQ HR.
  • Managing HR administrative tasks with precision and organization.
  • Enhancing employer branding initiatives.
  • Ensure smooth and constructive collaboration with the working council.

WE APPRECIATE CANDIDATES WITH

  • University degree in Social Sciences.
  • 2-5 years of experience in HR roles (recruitment of marketing and sales positions is an advantage).
  • Up to date knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations and HR policies.
  • Experience working with works councils and understanding co-determination procedures.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Ability to interpret and apply legal frameworks in a business context.
  • Native in Spanish and fluent in English.
  • Driving license and willingness to travel on national territory.
