About the Role

The IT Architecture Sr Project Manager is responsible for defining the IT architecture and supervising its execution in each project. This includes managing and defining the project’s action plan, ensuring deadlines, quality standards, and costs are met. Additionally, he/she coordinates and guides non-direct collaborators to ensure successful project delivery.

What You’ll Do

1. Develop comprehensive architecture plans that integrate systems, applications, and network components.
2. Create detailed architectural blueprints and models for IT systems and infrastructure.
3. Design scalable and reliable systems that meet business requirements and support organizational goals.
4. Analyze and propose the most optimal technological solutions (applications and infrastructures) that are integrated with other systems and aligned with the Systems Plan.
5. Lead the implementation of architectural solutions, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
6. Evaluate emerging technologies and their potential organizational impact.
7. Establish and enforce IT architecture standards and best practices.
8. Develop and maintain architecture documentation, including policies, procedures, and guidelines.
9. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into technical requirements.

What We’re Looking For

Education

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Professional certification (e.g., TOGAF, CISSP, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) preferred.

Languages

• English - Advanced (must-have)
• Spanish - Advanced (must-have)
• Other Cellnex languages - Intermediate (valuable)

Tools & Systems

• MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) - Advanced (must-have)

Experience

• At least 7-10 years in IT architecture, system design, and implementation.
