We are seeking a dynamic IT Application Owner to lead the management and optimization of our financial tools within the IT department, contributing to operational excellence and strategic growth.

Your Responsibilities

• Finance Application Management : Oversee end-to-end management of finance applications, focusing on APOC (Accounts Payables on Cloud). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance applications based on business needs, ensuring stability, performance, and security.
• User Support & Troubleshooting : Support end-users, resolve interface and SAP ERP issues, and work with IT teams to address infrastructure, security, and connectivity problems.
• SAP ERP & Technical Troubleshooting : Possess strong knowledge of SAP ECC IDoc solutions, troubleshoot IDoc issues, and manage API integrations with SAP S4HANA. Document technical specifications clearly.
• Strategic Planning & Process Optimization : Develop strategic roadmaps, identify process improvements, and align applications with business goals.
• Vendor & Stakeholder Management : Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure service levels meet expectations. Act as a bridge between business and technical teams.
• Collaboration & Integration : Work with IT, finance, and other departments to ensure seamless system integration and optimal application performance.

Your Background

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on finance applications.
• Technical proficiency in finance software, cloud solutions, and SAP.
• Experience troubleshooting interfaces, performance issues, and IT infrastructure.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of security, compliance, and risk management.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
