Tasks

Your responsibilities as an IT Analyst will include:

1. Providing first-line support across the EMEA region
2. Managing incidents and service requests within the agreed targets
3. Handling service requests and tickets via telephone and ticketing systems
4. Managing access requests (Account creation, transfer, user changes, leavers) within the targets, depending on the team support
5. Providing excellent customer service with regular communication and proactive updates
6. Respecting deadlines for projects and tasks
7. Engaging with second-level support, providers, and stakeholders as needed
8. Providing regular updates to management on escalations and major incidents
9. Ensuring phone availability
10. Contributing to the Knowledge Base with suggestions for improvements
11. Proposing improvements, workarounds, and solutions proactively
12. Maintaining accountability in communication and staying updated
13. Collaborating effectively with colleagues to enable team work

Requirements

Skills, qualifications, and interests needed:

• Proficiency in English and Italian
• Based in Barcelona with NIE
• Experience with Service logging tools
• Understanding of Incident, Change, and Problem Management (preferred)
• ITIL Foundation Certification (advantageous but not necessary)
• Strong knowledge of Windows 7 and 10, Citrix environment, including networking components, services, and user profiles
• Experience with Active Directory, Windows Terminal Services, Citrix Metaframe, Thin Client Terminals, Database Systems, Exchange, and Office 365
• Flexible, detail-oriented, organized, and energetic
• Excellent time-management and communication skills
