We are seeking a skilled and versatile IT Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in managing and maintaining our Linux on-premises infrastructure, AWS cloud services, and Microsoft 365 environment. The ideal candidate will possess a broad range of technical skills and experience in system administration, cloud computing, and enterprise collaboration tools. You will be instrumental in ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of our IT infrastructure, supporting both our innovative projects and day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

General IT Administration:

  1. Set up servers to share software code and licenses.
  2. Implement, maintain, and secure company information systems, including computers, communications and office equipment, software, and network infrastructure.
  3. Set up network equipment, including firewalls.
  4. Provide support for users with equipment and software (computers, printers, Windows, Office 365).
  5. Transfer faulty server components for repair and manage acceptance after repair.
  6. Participate in the purchase of necessary equipment (formulation of requirements, acceptance of equipment).
  7. Set up user access rights to the company's IT resources.
  8. Write user instructions for working with equipment and software.
  9. Install, configure, and maintain Linux servers and associated applications.
  10. Monitor system performance, perform regular security updates, and manage backups and recovery processes.
  11. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely manner.

AWS Management:

  1. Design, deploy, and manage scalable, secure, and resilient AWS cloud infrastructure.
  2. Monitor and optimize AWS resources to ensure cost-efficiency and performance.
  3. Implement and maintain security best practices and compliance standards in the AWS environment.

Microsoft 365 Administration:

  1. Administer and manage Microsoft 365 services.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in Linux system administration, AWS cloud services, and Microsoft 365 administration.
  3. Strong understanding of network protocols, security practices, and IT infrastructure.
  4. Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft 365 Certified, RHCE) are a plus.
  5. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
