Ignite Travel, Madrid-based tech company, is seeking an Irish Speaking Sales Development Representative to join our in-office team. You will make 60-70 cold calls daily to DACH targets, qualify leads, and schedule discovery calls for the Account Executive team, using CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.

The role offers a base salary of €30,000 gross per year plus an uncapped monthly performance bonus and additional incentives, with a clear path toward Account Executive roles.

Formación

• Hands-on experience with B2B cold calling and outbound prospecting.
• Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding daily call volumes and meeting quotas.
• High resilience, active listening skills, and confidence in navigating objections over the phone.
• Experience utilizing sales engagement platforms and CRM systems to manage daily workflow.

Responsabilidades

• Make 60-70 cold calls daily to key stakeholders across target accounts in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
• Identify, research, and contact potential SMB and mid-market accounts.
• Uncover prospect challenges and communicate how our search solutions address their specific needs.
• Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls for the Account Executive team.
• Execute structured, multi-channel outreach strategies using phone, personalized emails, and outreach tools.
