A multinational energy company is seeking an experienced professional to manage intellectual property and drive sustainable innovation. The ideal candidate will hold a PhD in Chemistry or Engineering, have at least 3 years of IP management experience, and be fluent in English. Responsibilities include leading R&D initiatives in green chemistry, managing licensing agreements, and ensuring compliance with public funding documentation.

Formación

  • Proven track record in leading R&D projects in green chemistry.
  • Experience with technology licensing agreements is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities
Intellectual Property Management
  • Lead the protection and strategic management of Moeve’s intellectual property portfolio.
  • Oversee licensing agreements and royalty processes, both internal and external.
  • Conduct patent searches and monitor scientific and technological trends.
  • Coordinate the IP Committee, ensuring alignment between technology assessments and business strategy.
Leadership in Green Chemistry & Sustainable Innovation
  • Drive R&D initiatives focused on green chemistry and next-gen processes.
  • Cultivate partnerships with technology providers, licensees, and collaborators.
  • Foster innovation through joint projects with public and private institutions.
Public Funding & Documentation
  • Manage the full lifecycle of public funding applications for R&D projects.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of contracts, agreements, and innovation records.
Interaction & Communication
  • Serve as the primary liaison with patent agents, legal advisors, and IP offices.
  • Develop procedures to recognize and reward inventors’ contributions.
  • Champion a culture of innovation and IP awareness across the organization.
What We Are Looking For
  • PhD in Chemistry or Engineering (Chemical, Industrial, Mining, or Energy).
  • Fluent English, both spoken and written.
  • Minimum 3 years in IP management, ideally within the chemical or industrial sectors.
  • Proven track record in leading R&D projects, especially in green chemistry or sustainable technologies.
  • Experience negotiating and managing technology licensing agreements is a strong plus.
