Sanoma Learning in Madrid is seeking a Junior Legal Advisor – Intellectual Property to provide legal support in IP, commercial contracting, and digital and technology matters. You will work within the Legal team supporting Spain and Italy, with opportunities to handle cross-border projects.

The role requires a law degree, IP experience, native Spanish and strong English, with a hybrid work model. This is a permanent contract with development opportunities in an international educational

Formación

• Degree in Law (Spanish Law) required.
• Master's degree in Intellectual Property highly valued.
• Native or bilingual Spanish; Advanced English mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Provide legal advice on Intellectual Property matters related to editorial, educational, and digital content.
• Draft, review, and negotiate rights acquisition, assignment, and licensing agreements.
• Provide contractual legal support to Editorial, Digital, Commercial, Marketing, Procurement, Technology, and Operations.
• Draft and review SaaS, development, maintenance, and supplier contracts.
• Support AI and emerging technologies projects and IP impact.
• Collaborate with Spain and Italy Legal teams and cross-functional groups.
