Sanoma Learning Madrid is seeking a Junior Legal Advisor focused on Intellectual Property to support editorial, educational, and digital content projects.

You will join the Legal team, collaborate with colleagues in Spain and Italy, draft and review rights licenses and contracts, and contribute to cross‑border matters in a dynamic, international setting.

This role requires a law degree, IP experience, and strong English; hybrid work with two days in the office and three remote days is offered.

Formación

• Qualified IP lawyer with 2+ years of professional experience, not an entry-level role.
• Experience drafting and reviewing contracts in IP and digital fields.
• Experience in publishing, education, media, or digital content is valued.

Responsabilidades

• Provide legal advice on Intellectual Property matters related to editorial, educational, and digital content.
• Draft, review, and negotiate rights acquisition, assignment, and licensing agreements.
• Support various business areas with contractual legal work including SaaS, services, and technology contracts.
• Assist in digital and technology projects, including AI-related initiatives affecting IP.
