Teltonika Ltd. is establishing a Madrid office and seeking a Sales Representative to drive growth for its Spanish business.

You will identify target clients, build relationships, and represent Teltonika Networks at local events while collaborating with R&D to meet client needs. The role requires 1–3 years of proven B2B sales success, strong outbound prospecting, and fluency in Spanish with business-level English, plus a willingness to travel within Spain and beyond.

Formación

• Experience in B2B sales with proven results.
• Outreach skills across calls, emails, social media, events.
• Fluent in Spanish; business-level English.
• Willingness to travel within Spain and occasionally abroad.

Responsabilidades

• Identify target clients and pursue new opportunities via outbound outreach.
• Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients using a consultative approach.
• Represent Teltonika Networks at meetings, exhibitions and events in Spain.
• Qualify leads and understand customer needs and purchasing potential.
• Prepare tailored offers and oversee contracts to meet sales goals.
• Maintain accurate records and provide CRM updates.
• Collaborate with technical support and R&D to meet client needs.
• Provide regular activity, pipeline, and market feedback.
