HOUSE OF ABY in Madrid is seeking a senior UX/Product leader to shape user experiences for digital products at the intersection of industrial systems, connectivity, and cloud technologies. You will translate complex workflows into intuitive experiences for technical and non‑technical users.

You will bridge Product, UX/UI and Engineering teams, define journeys and specs, collaborate with designers, validate API integrations, and drive usability and adoption across international projects.

Formación

• Experience managing digital products, UX initiatives, or cross-functional technology projects.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and user-centered design methodologies.
• Ability to translate technical complexity into clear and effective user experiences.
• Experience working closely with both design and engineering teams.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Figma and product collaboration platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently in international environments.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
