T-Systems Iberia in Madrid is seeking an experienced engineer to join the Telco Hub team, focusing on merging IT and Telco and scaling TaaP on our cloud platform. You will work in cross-country squads to deliver cutting-edge services for Europe's valued Operator.

The role emphasizes building resilient environments, automation, and data-driven operations, with on-call duties and a hybrid work model in Madrid. Strong Kubernetes, DNS, and network troubleshooting skills are essential for success.

Formación

• DNS basics and TelCo DNS setups with DoH/DoT/DoQ familiarity.
• Extensive Kubernetes knowledge for CNF orchestration.
• Proficiency in configuring and adapting Kubernetes settings.
• Experience with IP networks, routers, LAN/WAN and trace tools like Wireshark.
• Hands-on monitoring and data analytics with Prometheus and Medusa.

Responsabilidades

• Operate physical, virtualized, and containerized environments; integrate IoT resolving platform in Kubernetes.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and document malfunctions; refine automated failover and disaster-recovery processes.
• Identify, document, and structure new test use cases; develop scripts (Ansible, Bash, Perl, Python).
• Implement changes in test, reference, and production systems to enhance stability or add features.
• Develop data analysis and monitoring tools; collaborate with cross-functional teams for end-to-end system functionality.
• Collaborate with the German operations team to streamline processes and improve software/tools performance.
