Sateliot, a Barcelona-based satellite company, seeks a Network Integration & Validation specialist to support IoT NTN deployments for VAS partners, in-lab and on-site when needed.

You will guide partners through device setup, testing, and validation, analyze results, and collaborate with internal teams to improve integration and documentation. English proficiency required; occasional travel may apply.

Formación

• Degree in Telecommunications or Electronics Engineering.
• Experience with IoT modules and AT Commands.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, UDP, DNS, VPN.
• Experience in telecom lab environments for setup, testing, and validation of devices.
• Ability to interpret and analyze logs, including modem logs, Wireshark traces, and device outputs.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands‑on technical support to VAS companies integrating IoT NTN technology, both in the lab and during field deployments.
• Assist VAS partners with device setup, testing, and troubleshooting throughout their validation and onboarding phases.
• Travel to partner or pilot sites when necessary to support field activities and ensure successful integration.

• Contribute to the documentation and continuous improvement of technical support processes for VAS integration.

About the team & this role

The Network Integration & Validation team supports Value-Added Service (VAS) companies as they integrate IoT NTN technology into their products and platforms. This role is the technical point of contact for VAS partners during device setup, testing, and validation — both in the lab and, when needed, directly on-site at the partner's location. You'll combine hands-on technical depth with a strong partner-facing mindset, helping external teams succeed with Sateliot's technology.

What you'll do

• Provide hands‑on technical support to VAS companies integrating IoT NTN technology, both in the lab and during field deployments.

• Assist VAS partners with device setup, testing, and troubleshooting throughout their validation and onboarding phases.

• Travel to partner or pilot sites when necessary to support field activities and ensure successful integration.

• Guide VAS partners in the use of test environments, network access, and configuration of communication modules.

What you bring

• Degree in Telecommunications or Electronics Engineering.

• Experience working with IoT communication modules (e.g., Nordic, Quectel, u‑blox) and configuring AT Commands.

• Knowledge of IP networking (TCP/IP, UDP, DNS, VPN).

• Experience in telecom lab environments for setup, testing, and validation of devices.

• Ability to interpret and analyze logs, including modem logs, Wireshark traces, and device outputs.

• Basic Linux user skills.

• Clear and concise communication skills, both written and spoken.

• Customer‑and partner‑oriented mindset, with the ability to guide third parties through technical processes effectively.

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a collaborative approach in cross‑functional teams.

• Autonomous and proactive, comfortable working in fast‑paced and evolving technical environments.

• Willingness to travel occasionally for on‑site support and partner engagement.

• Good level of English (spoken and written) is essential; additional languages are a plus.

Preferred experience:

• Basic scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation or data processing.

• Understanding of mobile and satellite communication protocols, including NB‑IoT, LTE‑M, 3GPP NTN, and LEO technologies.

• Hands‑on experience with testing equipment such as spectrum analyzers, network simulators, and protocol analyzers.

Additional requirements

• English proficiency: professional working proficiency in written and spoken English.

• Location: based in Barcelona; hybrid work model.

• Operational availability: occasional travel to partner/pilot sites abroad for on‑site support.
