Panasonic Heating & Cooling Solutions Europe is seeking a talented remote technical support specialist to assist European HQ and external customers with installation, commissioning and repair of Panasonic heating and cooling products.

The role requires a university degree and at least 5 years in IoT, LAN/WAN networking, and cloud-based administration. You will collaborate with Marketing, Product Management and Training Centers to keep documentation up to date and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Relevant University Degree with functionally focused, deep technological expertise or equivalent education and experience.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in the field

Responsabilidades

• Provide a high level remote technical support for issues escalated to European HQ technical team.
• Assist with installation, commissioning and repair of Panasonic heating and cooling solutions products.
• Coordinate project documentation for pre-sales data and after sales support.
• Collaborate with Marketing on IoT & Connectivity marketing material and training.
• Coordinate Training Centers to update installation and service manuals and review new product manuals.
• Review and proof technical content across ERP docs, test reports, DoC, specs.
• Manage LSO Admin accounts and oversee IoT SIM usage and cloud services.
• Oversee invoiced IoT services vs activated services in the Cloud.
• Support projects developed with 3rd party companies in Europe.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Provide a high level remote technical support for issues escalated to European HQ technical team. Assisting, when required, with both internal and external customers on the installation, commissioning and repair of Panasonic heating and cooling solutions products.
• Facilitate product commissioning within the LSO’s, assigning it to the suitable resources with project follow up throughout the process ensuring quality assurance and maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Prepare project documentation for pre-sales data and after sales support.
• Collaborate with our Marketing Team on the creation of the necessary IoT & Connectivity marketing material and support our solution experts for training.
• Collaborate with and coordinate Product Manager on the management of the Training Centers to keep them up to date, especially for the uninstallation of old product and installation of new one and collaborating with them in order to technically review new product's Installation and Service manuals.
• Support product documentation development, work with product teams and factories, proof and review technical content. Including, but not limited to ErP documents, test reports, DoC, specification documents, II, OI and SM.
• As Panasonic European Admin on Cloud Side to manage LSO’s Admin Accounts and supervise LSO’s Admin job.
• Manage, analyze and report the use of SIM Cards used by Panasonic IoT Devices.
• Supervise the invoiced IoT services vs activated services in the Cloud.
• Support projects developed with 3rd Party companies in Europe.
