Vodafone IoT in Madrid is seeking an IoT Billing Operations Specialist to support the Billing Operations Lead. You will manage projects to enhance IoT billing, coordinating across internal teams and third-party partners to ensure accurate invoicing and governance.

You will partner with product and tech teams to translate operational requirements into the roadmap, focusing on SLA, KPIs, and process improvements. This role offers both onsite work and flexibility with remote days in the year.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience managing billing operations in international telecom environments.
• Ability to identify issues affecting billing performance and implement solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration to achieve business outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure billing operations SLA compliance with monitoring KPIs.
• Manage projects to improve IoT billing operations ensuring on-time invoicing and minimize revenue leakage.
• Identify billing gaps, risks and issues; lead cross-functional teams for corrective actions.
• Feed billing requirements into the product management team and participate in Steerco & governance forums.
• Collaborate with product and technology teams to agree billing processes for new products/services.
