N26 is seeking a Mid-level iOS Engineer to drive the evolution of our payment features within the Payments segment as part of the Localities team. This hybrid role is based in Barcelona or Berlin offices, with local European market focus including Spain.

You will collaborate with Product, Design and Backend teams to take features from concept to production, ensure performance and security, and contribute to core libraries and code quality across the mobile stack.

Formación

• Proficient in Swift and iOS development for consumer-facing apps.
• Experience with modern architecture patterns (MVVM, VIPER, or Modular) in large codebases.
• Strong focus on writing testable, maintainable code and performance tuning.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and scale core payment features within the iOS app.
• Write clean, testable code following modular architecture principles.
• Collaborate with Product, Design and Backend Engineers to ship features end-to-end.
• Drive engineering excellence through code reviews and shared libraries.
• Ensure app performance, security and reliability in critical payment flows.
