The IOC Analyst is a critical part of our future success, and we are looking for the best candidates. The worker supports technical services and support under the guidance of lead engineers.

Responds to situations where first-line support has failed to resolve issues in malfunctioning equipment or software. Reports problems to design or software engineering and may assist in customer installation and training.

Provides support to customers/users with highly technical products.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor, detect, and prevent incidents.
  2. Communicate complex technical issues effectively to customers and escalate when necessary.
  3. Supervise alarms and events on platforms in real time.
  4. Attend to monitoring-related consults and claims.
  5. Register and resolve incidents.
  6. Take ownership of Tier 1 customer issues and resolve them.
  7. Execute standard changes for customer requests.
  8. Support upper Tiers in deploying new solutions.

Technical Skills and Education:

Valued skills include routers, switches, Linux, Unix, Windows, Apache, IIS, Tomcat, MySQL, Oracle, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills. A technical degree is required.

Language Skills: Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
