Descripción del empleo

The IOC Analyst is a critical part of our future success, and we are looking for the best candidates. The worker supports technical services and support functions under the guidance of technical lead engineers.

Responds to situations where first-line product support has failed to isolate or fix problems in malfunctioning equipment or software. Reports design, reliability, and maintenance issues to engineering teams. May be involved in customer installation and training.

Provides support to customers/users for highly technical or sophisticated products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor, detect, and prevent incidents.
  • Communicate complex technical issues effectively and escalate if necessary.
  • Supervise alarms and events on platforms in real-time.
  • Attend to monitoring-related consults and claims.
  • Own and resolve Tier 1 customer issues.
  • Execute standard changes for customer requests.
  • Support deployment of new solutions at upper tiers.

Technical Skills and Education:

Valued skills include routers, switches, Linux, Unix, Windows, Apache, IIS, Tomcat, MySQL, Oracle, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills. A technical degree is required.

Language Skills:

Fluent/native English and Spanish (written and spoken).
