Descripción del empleo

The IOC Analyst is a critical part of our future success, and we are looking for the best candidates. The worker supports technical services and support functions under the guidance of lead engineers.

Responsibilities include responding to situations where first-line support has failed, reporting issues to engineering, and possibly assisting with customer installation and training.

Provides support to customers/users for highly technical or sophisticated products.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor, detect, and prevent incidents.
  2. Communicate complex technical issues effectively and escalate when necessary.
  3. Supervise alarms and events in real-time across platforms.
  4. Handle monitoring-related consults and claims.
  5. Take ownership of Tier 1 customer issues until resolution.
  6. Execute standard changes and support deployment of new solutions.
