This role requires excellent communication skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic team environment. The IOC Analyst is a critical part of our future success, and we are looking for absolutely and only the best people out there. The

worker supports the technical services and support function under the guidance of technical lead engineers.

Responds to situations where first-line product support has failed to isolate or fix problems in malfunctioning equipment or software. Reports design, reliability, and maintenance problems or bugs to design engineering / software engineering. May be involved in customer installation and training.

Provides support to customers / users where the product is highly technical or sophisticated in nature.

Key Responsibilities :

Monitor, detect and prevent incidents.

Effectively communicate, and escalate if necessary, complex technical issues to a broad range of customers.

Supervise in real time the alarms and specific events occurred on every platform.

Attend to consults and claims related to monitoring.

Registry and resolution of incidents.

Take ownership of customer issues of Tier 1 level and see problems through to resolution.

Execute standard changes for customer request fulfilment.

Support upper Tiers in the deployment of new solutions
