Job summary

Roche Sant Cugat del Vallès is seeking an O2C Billing & Receivables professional to manage end-to-end invoicing, collections, and customer interactions. You will optimize processes across finance and supply chain, ensure timely cash collection, and contribute to cross-functional improvements.

The role requires a BA in business/finance, strong SAP and Excel skills, and English plus Spanish language proficiency. Travel up to 20% within Spain may be involved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a similar area.
• Strong analytical capability and attention to detail with a proactive approach.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; able to coordinate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Billing & Receivables Management: manage end-to-end invoicing and collections for assigned accounts.
• Incident & Invoice Corrections: analyze and execute necessary invoice corrections.
• Special Billings & Account Administration: handle special billings, post-billings, and credit notes; maintain master data.
• Customer Contact & Relationship: maintain direct contact with customers to address delays and reconcile accounts.
• Process Simplification & Cross-Functional Alignment: optimize credit/collection flows and simplify workflows with commercial and supply chain teams.
• Project & Innovation Ownership: participate in national/global projects to streamline receivables management.
