Job summary

T-Systems Iberia is seeking an Expert Customer Billing & Invoice Operations Specialist to manage the end-to-end order-to-cash process for cloud offerings. You will ensure accurate invoicing, coordinate with Finance, Sales, and Delivery, and act as SME for governance and financial steering across international units.

The role requires deep knowledge of O2C, cloud billing, and commercial processes, with strong German and English proficiency at C1 level.

Qualifications

• Degree in business administration, business informatics, finance, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in billing operations, financial operations, invoice management, cloud business management, or commercial operations.
• Strong knowledge of order-to-cash processes and financial governance.

Responsibilities

• Manage order-to-cash activities for cloud products and services to ensure timely invoicing.
• Coordinate invoice corrections and technical clarifications with stakeholders.
• Assist with financial reporting and commercial transparency requirements.
• Support onboarding of new customers and internal stakeholders in billing processes.
• Ensure compliance with governance frameworks and drive process improvements.
