How you will shape Prophero :

  • Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth.
  • Engaging with new and existing clients to drive business expansion.
  • Creating and executing strategies to capture new market opportunities.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key client accounts.
  • Providing financial tools and insights to optimize client investment strategies.
  • Attracting and retaining high-value clients for sustainable growth.

What you will bring to our team :

  • Experience :

1+ years in private banking, financial advisory, sales management, or account management.

  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Education :

Background in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • CFA certification is desirable but not required.
  • General Skills :

Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
  • Ability to self-motivate and inspire others.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Tools : Familiarity with financial modeling tools and CRM platforms.
  • Advanced English, as all our teams are distributed globally and we use English for all internal communications.
