You will play a critical role in sourcing, evaluating, executing, and managing early-stage investments, working directly with the General Partner and senior team members.Key ResponsibilitiesDeal Sourcing :

Proactively identify high-potential startups through ecosystem relationships, events, inbound leads and thematic research.Due Diligence :

Conduct comprehensive commercial, technical and financial analyses of potential investments. Prepare investment memos and support internal decision-making.Deal Execution :

Negotiate terms, structure deals and manage closing processes.Portfolio Support :

Work closely with portfolio companies on key strategic initiatives, leveraging the Scale Platform to maximize their growth and success.Market and Thematic Research :

Develop expertise in emerging technology domains and investment theses relevant to our fund’s strategy.Ecosystem Engagement :

Represent the fund at conferences, demo days and industry events. Build and maintain strong relationships with founders, co-investors and ecosystem stakeholders.RequirementsSolid experience in venture capital, corporate venture capital (CVC), corporate development, investment banking or management consulting, with a strong preference for direct experience in venture investing or corporate development.Demonstrated interest in technology and early-stage startups, with a solid understanding of venture dynamics.Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to evaluate complex business models and markets.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (native-level Spanish a plus).Highly motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.Academic background in business, engineering, computer science or related fields. Engineering or technical background is strongly preferred, especially within the Energy space.Location
