N26 seeks a Data Analyst embedded in the Investments team to shape product decisions with data-driven insights. You will monitor, measure and analyse initiatives, collaborating closely with engineers, designers, and product managers to foster a data-driven culture across the organisation.

You will design experiments, build dashboards, and help expand the self-serve analytics platform while driving the data mindset and continuous learning within cross-functional teams.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience, ideally within the Product or Analytics field.
• 1+ years of experience in the Investments or Wealth domain

Responsabilidades

• Help set clear, measurable targets based on initiative scope and improve forecasting and goal setting.
• Serve as internal data advisor for teams on data questions.
• Design experiments and causal inferences, align cross-functional partners, and deliver actionable insights.
• Contribute to a self-serve data platform by collaborating with tech peers to enable teams to access data.
• Build dashboards to monitor OKRs and inform decision making.
• Educate teams to become independent in data access and interpretation through trainings and workshops.
• Collaborate with a broad analytics community to share platforms and insights.
