N26 is seeking an Associate Product Manager for the Investments Team to shape and elevate core Investments offerings. You’ll learn the PM craft while contributing hands-on to innovative wealth-building features and collaborate with engineering, design, data, compliance, and external stakeholders.

A passion for personal finance and solving customer problems is essential. The role emphasizes user empathy, cross-functional collaboration, and navigating complex ecosystems to bring scalable products

Formación

2+ years in a product team or 3+ years in customer-facing roles closely aligned with product teams; fintech experience preferred.
Strong empathy for users and ability to translate financial concepts into simple journeys.
Experience collaborating with engineering, compliance, legal, marketing, and finance; managing external B2B relationships.

Responsabilidades

Co-own a team roadmap and align with broader wealth-building goals.
Drive product development lifecycle from user research to delivery and GTM strategy.
Navigate cross-functional ecosystems with engineering, design, compliance and legal teams.
Build relationships with stakeholders early to enable collaboration and success.
Make data-driven decisions to improve adoption, retention and product growth.
