Investment Front Office System Specialist

Our opportunity

The Front Office Specialist is responsible to act as the System Administrator and Subject Matter Expert for the Bloomberg AIM (Front Office Investment System). This includes the performance of the daily operational tasks to ensure fully operational availability of Bloomberg AIM according to globally defined standard and processes. Furthermore, she / he is responsible to support the problem-solving processes by managing the information flow between the customer and Bloomberg.

Your role

As a Front Office Specialist your main responsibilities will involve :

  • Act as system owner and primary contact between Zurich and Bloomberg
  • Build up and maintain an excellent understanding of all system and business processes related to Bloomberg AIM and their specifics and share this knowledge with the team members and Bloomberg AIM users across the group

Your Skills and Experience

As a Front Office Specialist your skills and qualifications will ideally include :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Finance
  • 2 or more years of experience in related field
  • English proficiency, spoken and written
  • Solid knowledge of the Investment Management including traditional and non-traditional instruments
  • Good business and data analysis skills with the ability to generate detailed business requirements
  • Be a good team worker as well as being self-driven and able to work and manage smaller projects in isolation with minimal guidance and support
