The Investment Banking Senior Analyst at Citi is an intermediate level role supporting the Institutional Banking group in raising funds and providing strategic advisory for mergers, acquisitions, and other financial transactions. You will help formulate investment strategies and satisfy client capital needs with rigorous analysis.

• Ideally 2-5 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a rapidly changing environment to meet deadlines.
• Relevant Investment Banking or similar Corporate Finance exposure ideally working with Spanish/Portuguese clients.

Job Description

The Investment Banking Senior Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for assisting clients in raising funds in the capital markets, as well as in providing strategic advisory services for and execute mergers, acquisitions and other types of financial transactions in coordination with the Institutional Banking team.. The overall objective of this role is to act as a strategic advisor to our clients by formulating investment strategies and raising capital for clients.

Responsibilities

Qualifications/Experience
