Citibank (Switzerland) AG in Madrid is seeking an Investment Banking Senior Analyst to support client transactions in raising funds and advising on mergers and acquisitions within the Institutional Banking team.

The role involves building financial models, preparing pitches, conducting market and financial research, and collaborating with senior bankers to deliver live deals, with expected 2-5 years of relevant experience and strong written and verbal communication.

Formación

• Ideally 2-5 years of relevant experience preferred
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a rapidly changing environment to meet deadlines
• Relevant Investment Banking or similar Corporate Finance exposure ideally working with Spanish/Portuguese clients

Responsabilidades

• Work with senior Banking officers and professionals and assist senior bankers in particular client transactions projects or assignments as part of the junior member of the Investment Banking team
• Responsible for organizing and analyzing sophisticated financial data used in client proposals and strategic plans
• Prepare written recommendations, valuation materials and statistical exhibits for pitches and live deals
• Conduct economic/financial research
• Evaluate company’s financial performance compared to overall industry and market trends
• Build complex financial models for valuation purposes
