Santander Corporate & Investment Banking is seeking an Equity Research Analyst based out of Boadilla (Madrid). You will cover European companies across sectors, building models and delivering research ideas to institutional investors. The role requires the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

We offer a hybrid work model with some days remote and others onsite, plus a competitive rewards package and growth opportunities within Santander Open Academy and global programs.

Formación

• 3–7 years of relevant experience as an equity analyst or similar role.
• Graduate degree in Economics, business administration or engineering.
• English fluency in both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

THE DIFFERENCE YOU MAKE Santander Corporate & Investment Banking is looking for an Equity Research Analyst based out ofBoadilla (Madrid).

As an Equity Research Analyst you will cover European companies in different sectors focusing in high return potential opportunities. Strong analytical and commercial skills are required to provide investment ideas to institutional investors. As any other job in markets, it requires ability to work effectively under pressure and excellent time to market.

Professional Experience

• 3-7 years of relevant experience as an equity analyst or similar role

Education

• Graduate degree in Economics, business administration or engineering.

Languages

• English- absolutely fluent, both written and spoken (the working language is English)

Hard Skills

• Mastering the most common office applications: Excel, Word, Powerpoint.
• Good knowledge of Bloomberg, FactSet and other markets’ applications
• Mastering the main AI platform

Soft Skills

• Proficient communication skills in English and Spanish
• Personable
