Your Role
- Financial Modeling: working with various financial models to evaluate opportunities, assess company valuations, and forecast financial performance.
- Conduct market research on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor analysis to provide insights to clients and senior dealmakers.
- Assist with the preparation of pitch books and presentations for potential clients.
- Perform Due Diligence and conduct analysis to verify the accuracy of information provided.
- Provide execution support, including drafting transaction documents, preparing client presentations, and coordinating with involved parties.
Responsibilities
- Prepare company marketing documents through workshops with the client management team (e.g., executive summaries, investment memoranda, investor presentations, financial models).
- Manage transaction processes with a well-organized team approach, including investor and buyer engagement during roadshows, effective communication, and coordination with advisors and service providers.
- Understand transaction structures and key deal negotiation elements, including legal documentation.
- Develop sector expertise and a network by publishing research reports, pitching mandates, organizing company events, and attending conferences.
- Provide training and support to team members on transaction processes and analytical tools.
- Assist clients in strategic assessments, acting as a financial advisor if they proceed with a transaction, including valuation, preparing materials, identifying partners, and facilitating negotiations for optimal outcomes.
Job requirements
Your Experience
- Bachelor’s degree with a focus on finance or economics.
- Previous involvement in M&A transactions, ideally at a bulge bracket or boutique bank.
- Strong financial modeling, drafting skills, and numeracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a basic understanding of accounting.
- FCA Regulated.

- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Master’s degree in finance, economics, or STEM subject.
