The Investments business aims to create sustainable competitive advantage for clients in their investment portfolios. This is delivered to clients by providing expert advice on their investments and decision-making processes, making investment decisions on their behalf through delegated investment services, and providing investment tools. Clients require portfolios that are tailored to their goals, are cost-effective, and deliver strong returns with controlled risk. An innovative firm with multi-asset capability and a fiduciary mindset, the team can change the way clients govern themselves and invest, as well as influence the way the investment industry operates. We are looking for a full-time analyst who will be part of a collaborative team of colleagues based in different Western European countries. You will work on a wide variety of projects for some of the largest institutional investors in Western Europe. The projects typically encompass all phases of the investment process, including:

  1. Definition of investment objectives and beliefs
  2. Setting a risk profile and appropriate strategic asset allocation
  3. Applying our market outlook across different asset classes
  4. Performance and manager reporting
  5. Incorporating sustainability into all phases of the investment process
  6. Defining investment governance frameworks
  7. Supporting colleagues in internal functions such as Sustainability Reporting, Strategy, Research, or Governance

We support colleagues in developing a broad range of technical and soft skills. This breadth of knowledge across the investment spectrum will allow you to identify topics of interest and explore them further.

Qualifications
