Sepmag, a company specializing in magnetic particle separation solutions for the biotech industry, is expanding into IVD diagnostics. We are seeking a Senior Researcher to join our team, reporting directly to the Director of R&D in Biochemistry.

The role involves:

1. Carrying out laboratory experimental tasks.
2. Designing new immunoassay experiments.
3. Documenting new methods and immunoassays developed.

Qualifications include:

• BSc in Biosciences (e.g., Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Biomedicine, Chemistry, Bioengineering).
• Over 5 years of R&D experience in industry or related projects.
• Extensive experience in developing in vitro diagnostic assays, especially immunoassays.
• Proficiency in EIA, ELISA, CLIA, turbidimetry, and latex techniques.
• Experience working with monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies, including immobilization and functionalization.
• Proficiency in English at the Professional level.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office at user level.
• Doctorate in Biosciences.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical, chemical, or biotech industry.
• Experience with UV-Vis, Fluorescence spectrophotometry, and analytical instrumentation.
• Experience working under ISO 13485:2016, Regulation (EU) 2017/746, and FDA 21 CFR 820 requirements.
